APPEAL POLICY
The following sets out the Appeal Procedure for Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. This procedure covers the process of raising an appeal against the academic decision that has been made. Should a learner feel that proper process has not been followed or the academic decision has not been done in accordance to the laid policies and procedures of Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd., then you may appeal to the Head of the Learning Partner through the following methods:

Examples of areas where an appeal can be raised are as follows:
1. If the learner believes that Nviron has not applied the procedures properly, fairly and consistently.
2. If the learner is not satisfied with the conduct of assessment and believes that it disadvantaged them.
3. If the learner feels that the resolution provided to them for a complaint raised is not satisfactory.4. If the learner feels that he is not being treated fairly by Nviron or any of its employees.
When you appeal to us you need to share with us your full name, contact details and the details of theAppeal thatyou want to make to us.
Appeals will be investigated by a review panel formed and the results of the investigation would be intimated to you through a mail from the Head of the Learning Partner within 15 days of appeal.
The above mentioned process would be the final route of escalation within Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
