Payment Policy

Introduction:
This policy documents the details and the process of Payment to be made by a learner enrolling for a course with Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. It outlines the Fees Details, Modes of Payment available, Installment System, Duration within which the course fees are to be cleared, money receipts, etc.

Purpose:
To provide clear guidance to the learners about how, when and what they need to do to pay their course fees smoothly and that too at the right time.

Process:

Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. fees are subject to the Indian Currency of Indian Rupees (INR). Any reference to fees includes a reference to the Indian Rupees.

1. Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. course fees include:
a. 65 hours of Class Training

b. Study Material Fees and

c. Examination Registration and sitting fees.

2. You can make the payment of the Course Fees in full or installments as well. If you are opting for the Installment Facility then you would be able to pay the Course Fees in 3 installments. The first Installment would be treated as the Booking Amount and the rest amount of the offered price of Nviron can be paid in 2 continuing Installments. Any learner joining for the courses offered through company sponsorship needs to ensure that the Complete Course Fees along with applicable GST is cleared so that the learner can appear for the main examination of the qualification being pursued.

3. You may also be liable for further additional fees which may not be set out in your contract with Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or the Awarding Body. These additional fees may be for services that you may avail to qualify the Course selected which is optional.

4. Charges made by your bank or authorized credit provider for the payment of your fees are completely your responsibility and must be paid by you. Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. does not take the responsibility of the charges levied on you by the bank or credit providing agency.

5. Payments accepted include payments made through cash, UPI Payment, credit/debit card and bank transfer.

6. All exam fees paid would expire, if the learner registered with Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. does not appear for the main examination within the next 12 months. Please ensure your chosen exam date falls within your agreed enrollment access period (usually 1 year).

7. Students who have an outstanding balance owing to Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. are not permitted to book or register for the main examinations.

8. Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. may refuse an application for a Payment Plan without reason.

9. The balance of Your account must be cleared in full, prior to your registration for the main examinations.

10. Your course advisor will intimate your Payment Plan to you, prior to the commencement of your qualification through the confirmation mail that is shared with you upon your successful registration with Nviron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. This would be kept confidential and you also need to maintain the confidentiality of the same and agree not to disclose the offered fees to anybody without our prior permission.

11. Failure to maintain your agreed payment will result in your course access being suspended.

12. Should your course access be suspended your account will accrue a INR 500+ applicable GST per month admin charges.
