Refund Cancellation Policy

When an applicant accepts the course offered by NVIRON Training Pvt. Ltd. and pays the fees, it means a binding contract is created between the student and NVIRON Training Pvt. Ltd. Notification of cancellation/withdrawal from unit/s of competency, withdrawal or deferral from a course of study must be made in writing to NVIRON Training Pvt. Ltd. The refund is at the sole discretion of the director of the institute.
Request for cancellation of registration must be submitted ONLY through Email mode. Request for cancellation verbally or by any other mode will not be entertained.
The refund money will be transferred to the bank account as per the cancelled cheque leaf submitted at the time of counseling/registration.
The refund of money will be effected only by RTGS / NEFT.
The date of submission of email requesting refund will be considered as the date of formal withdrawal of registration. This date will be considered for determining the eligible percentage of refund (refer table below).
However, the paperwork for refund will be initiated ONLY on the date of receipt of the following documents in ORIGINAL by courier or in person, by the Institute
If all documents submitted for refund are in order, then the time taken to process and effect the transfer of refund money will be 30 working days. Kindly note that it is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit all required documents for timely processing of refund.

2. Learner who give notice to cancel their enrolment fees less than 15 days prior to the commencement of a program will be entitled to a 75% refund of fees paid. The amount retained (25%) by NVIRON Training Pvt Ltd is required to cover the cost of staff and resources which will have already been committed based on the lerner initial intention to undertake the training.

4. In case of (1) in the table above, the institution shall deduct an amount not more than 5% of the fees paid by the lerner, subject to a maximum of Rs. 5000/- as processing charges from the refundable amount.
Any dispute with regard to registration, eligibility, fees, refund, etc., shall be within the legal jurisdiction of Odisha only.
NOTE:
1. The first day of orientation / induction programme will be considered as the Date of commencement of classes for the purpose of applying the refund policy.
2. The above policy will be applied irrespective of whether the student has attended any class or not.
If NVIRON Training Pvt. Ltd. cancels a course, then a full refund will be made available to whoever paid that course fee.

1. On making a payment, you will receive the invoice in your email inbox within 48 hours. If you do not receive your invoice/ do not find it in your spam/ trash please email
2. For 2 installment payment options, the final receipt will be issued only after the clearance of all the installments.
3. On receipt of every payment an email confirmation of receipt of payment will be sent to your mail id.
