Safe System of Work

Step 1: Perform a proper risk assessment of the workplace. Identify hazards, evaluate risks and prioritize them.

Step 2: Develop Safe Work procedures and document them. Disseminate this documented procedure among all the workers, staff and stakeholders.

Step 3: Install Safety equipment.

Step 4: Establish proper and working communication channels among all.

Step 5: Train all the responsible parties that are included in the Safe Work Procedure developed.

Step 6: Provide Proper and Working PPE's.

Step 7: Develop Emergency plans and conduct drills on the emergency plan developed.
