Data Protection Policy
We take it as an opportunity to improvise our services, and welcome an expression of dissatisfaction made to us by you related to our covered Services, or the complaints handling process itself, where a response or resolution is explicitly or implicitly expected. We are committed to the effective handling of complaints and timely resolution of disputes.
We follow the below stated procedure for effective complaints and disputes handling:
- a. Once the complaint / grievance is received it should be marked to the Quality manager.
- b. Immediately on its receipt the same shall be acknowledged (within 5 working days) with the assurance of thorough investigation in a time bound period.
- c. The Quality manager, shall look into the matter fairly and impartially and suggest corrective actions to the concerned.
- d. The matter should then be resolved within a period of 15 days, or more, in special cases where the proceedings require so.
- e. In case, the complaint is not resolved in the communicated time frame, the same should be escalated to the top management and an email be sent to the chief operating officer within a month of the date of first lodging of the complaint.
- f. The Quality manager shall maintain a record for the complaints / grievance that are received.

He/she assigns the appropriate registration number to the complaint as per the Document Control system.
The important dates viz. date of receipt of complaint / grievance, date of acknowledgement and date of disposal including date of final closure
shall be recorded in Complaint File.
- g. The entire handling process of the complaint should respect and maintain confidentiality, avoid conflict of interest and maintain complete impartiality.
